Prize Draw Rules
Entry into the promotion is deemed to be accepted under the following terms:

1. The promotion is open until midnight Tuesday 31 March 2009.
2. The promotion is restricted to UK residents who complete and submit the survey by Tuesday 31 March 2009.
3. Persons involved in UK Businesss Leaders panel, Opinion Matters, Tickbox.net, markettiers4dc, and/or the promotion and execution of the draw, including employees of the associated sponsor, agency or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible for entry.
4. Winners must be aged 16 years or older.
5. Entry is limited to only one per registered user.
6. Winners are selected at random.
7. The draw for the prize will be made week commencing Friday 3rd April 2009.
8. Winners will be notified as soon as practicable.
9. There is no cash alternative.
10. If prize is no longer available then a similar alternative will be provided of equal or greater value.
11. We reserve the right to feature the names, photographs and locations of prize winners on UK Business Leaders panel and related correspondence including newsletters.
12. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, delayed or incomplete.
13. Winners have 21 days from the draw date to claim their prize. If they do not claim their prize within this period they will no longer be eligible to receive their prize.
14. Prizes may take up to 60 days to be delivered unless notified otherwise. Images used are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent final prize. Prize may vary from image shown.
15. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
